Full Journal pdf2005-04-08 House Journal Page 0942 HB 75 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 7, 2005, calendar (page 912), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 75(FIN) "An Act relating to the powers and duties of the commissioner of fish and game, Board of Fisheries, and Board of Game in promoting and preserving fishing, hunting, and trapping in the state." Representative Coghill rose to a point of order stating it was out of order to refer to a member by name in the Chamber. The Speaker stated that the point was well taken. The question being: "Shall CSHB 75(FIN) pass the House?"
